A Hertzoggie is a traditional South African tartlet  

With a shortcrust pastry shell.
Filled with apricot jam and decorated with a coconut crown.

This little tartlet is a big favorite of the whole
family. 

Can be enjoyed with coffee / tea or just a snack in-between.

Offer them to your guests as they are quite different from the normal store bought biscuit.
